Friction Force is the force exerted by a surface as an object moves across it or makes an effort to move across it.
There are 2 types of Friction:
Static Friction : Friction that happens between 2 or more solud objects that are not moving relative to each other. The coefficient of this friction is µs.
Kinetic Friction : Friction that happens when 2 objects are moving relative to each other and rub together. The coefficient of this friction is µk.
Viscous Force:
Friction between the fluid and the moving boundaries causes the fluid to shear.
The force needed for this action is a measure of the fluid's VISCOSITY.
